The platform's core: one place for video, tags, stats and exports across every team you coach — senior and junior. Coding is coach/assistant-driven in this phase, but every tag is captured in the exact structure the automated engine in Phase 3 will need, so nothing gets rebuilt later.

Accuracy / correction expected per game?
Phase 1 coding is coach/assistant-driven, so accuracy is exactly what you put in. Automated accuracy targets get set and validated together at the start of Phase 3.
Migration from Sportscode / Synergy / Fastscout?
We'll scope a straightforward import path for existing templates and footage once Phase 1's data structure is finalized.
Data ownership & security for junior athletes?
You retain full ownership of all footage and data; hosting and access terms will be documented in the Phase 1 kickoff agreement.
Pilot timeline across one senior and one junior team?
Phase 1, at 8–10 weeks, is that pilot — usable across both a senior and a junior team from day one.
Can we see how it'll look before full build?
